Job Description
Operation:
- Plan and prepare for well site operations, assure adherence to all safety regulations.
- Supervise and assist crew members in the preparation of the unit and calibration of equipment.
- Conduct wireline well site operations to the satisfaction of the customer at the wellsite.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to company equipment, tools, and practices to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
- Communicate with the client on operations requirements, technical job data and detailed job planning.
- Maintain customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of service and ensure the confidentiality of all logging operations.
- Prepare, draft and complete all logs for printing on location or immediately upon return to district office depending on company and customer requirements.
- Responsible for the completion of all documentation and tickets.
- Reporting all activities, events, and related incidents.
- Dedicated face time to communicate and manage personnel issues as needed.
- Provide trainees with the necessary assistance to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Trains and develop less experience field engineers by performing on job training to maintain high degree of field crew efficiency.

People Management:
- Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform daily activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Actively involved in job trainings and direct reports trainings.
- Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to the team goals, and guides the team through periods of change or uncertainty.
- Provides clear direction, prioritizes tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitors the workflow.
- Provides opportunities for team members to suggest, participate and contribute to the improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Safety, Health and Environment:
- Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Participates in incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls.
- Reports on changes within APC that impact relevant safety, health, environmental management and social responsibility policies, procedures and controls.
Policies, Processes and Procedures:
- Follows all relevant Operations’ policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Promotes the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within APC.
Authority:
- Quality: Stop and report equipment or nonconforming service.
- Industrial safety: Stop and report a sub-standard or unsafe condition.
- Environment: Minimize the possible environmental impacts
