Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of sales, marketing, and distribution in Libya. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the FMCG sector, a deep understanding of the Libyan market, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and optimize market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Lead the sales team to achieve high performance, ensuring market penetration and expansion.
- Marketing Strategy: Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to the Libyan market. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize brand positioning and promotional activities.
- Distribution Management: Manage distribution networks to ensure product availability across all channels, including retail, wholesale, and key accounts. Strengthen relationships with distributors and partners to maximize market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze market performance metrics, identifying opportunities and challenges to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local strategies with corporate goals and standards.
