Position Overview
The Senior Media Executive will lead the development and execution of advanced integrated media strategies to enhance the company's presence, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals. This role is ideal for someone with at least Two year s of experience in Integrated media, who is ready to take on more responsibility, manage projects, and contribute to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Strategy :
Develop and implement media plans across digital, TV, print, OOH, and social media based on client objectives. Research and analyze media trends, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy. Identify the most effective media mix and recommend innovative solutions to maximize campaign reach and impact. Ensure media plans align with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:
Monitor live campaigns, track key performance metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve results. Work closely with digital, programmatic, and traditional media teams to ensure integrated execution. Troubleshoot any issues related to media delivery, placements, or discrepancies.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all media activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on Media data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Use media research tools (e.g., GWI, Nielsen, Ipsos & E-tam ) to support data-driven decision-making.
Industry Trends:
Stay current with emerging digital media trends, technologies, and best practices. Suggest and implement innovative approaches to keep the company ahead of industry trends.
Key Skills responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 2 year s of experience in digital media, marketing, or a related role. Proficiency in media planning tools (e.g. Google Ads, DV360). Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. * Ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
