We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Vaccine Franchise Lead for the LevNA cluster. This strategic role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the health of communities across eight diverse markets, driving the implementation and growth of our vaccine portfolio. We seek an experienced leader who is passionate about public health and has the expertise to navigate the complexities of the pharmaceutical landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute an actionable vaccine strategy for the LevNA cluster that aligns with our Company's global objectives, while addressing specific local market needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed assessments of market conditions and trends to identify opportunities for growth, including competitive analysis and regulatory considerations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and regulatory teams to facilitate the successful launch and commercialization of vaccine products.
- Inspirational Leadership: Build a shared vision for vaccine aspirations within the organization and the broader healthcare community, motivating and rallying internal stakeholders and external partners around our goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs, to promote vaccination initiatives and enhance our Company’s presence and reputation in the region.
- Budget Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the vaccine franchise, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the franchise, utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
- Team Development: Lead training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and effectiveness among sales and medical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all franchise activities are compliant with local regulations and our Company's ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Advanced degree (Doctorate or Master’s) in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry, with a proven track record in franchise management, commercial roles, or related functions.
- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the LevNA market dynamics, healthcare systems, and local regulations affecting vaccine distribution and access is a plus.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive alignment towards common goals.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
