Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele-Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Tele-Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales growth through outbound calling and lead generation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, presenting our products or services effectively
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-up on warm leads
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to improve performance
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence potential customers
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejections and overcoming objections
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus
