Job Description
This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site Technician position. The Technician will play a crucial role in operating, maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the optimal functioning of various mechanical equipment and machinery. The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, executing repairs, and collaborating effectively with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Salary & Working Schedule
- Starting Base Salary: 600 USD
- Benefits: NSSF + Yearly Bonus
- Working Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently.
- Utilize various hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Follow safety protocols consistently and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
