Aspire Software is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:


  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Address finance-related inquiries and support end-users in navigating financial software/tools.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze, and manage financial data.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and user account issues (password resets, access permissions, etc.).
  • Document and track all support requests using helpdesk ticketing systems
