Talent Development Manager – Beirut, Lebanon
Role Summary: The Talent Development Manager leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise-wide strategies to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance. This senior role focuses on aligning talent development with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and cultivating a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership • Develop and oversee the organization’s talent development strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and future workforce needs.
• Lead the identification of critical skill gaps and succession planning to ensure talent readiness at all levels.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce development and organizational effectiveness.
Program Innovation and Delivery
• Design, implement, and oversee innovative leadership and development programs to build organizational capability.
• Ensure programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse teams and functional areas.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to bring world-class learning and development solutions to the organization.
Performance Management and Enhancement
• Collaborate with business leaders to integrate talent development initiatives into performance management systems.
• Champion coaching and mentoring programs to support leadership growth and employee career progression.
• Continuously measure the impact of initiatives to refine and optimize for greater effectiveness.
Leadership Development and Succession Planning
• Lead the design and execution of leadership pipelines, ensuring the organization is prepared for future challenges.
• Identify high-potential employees and establish individualized development plans for critical roles.
• Foster a robust talent pipeline through cross-functional and global development programs.
Culture and Employee Engagement
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across all levels of the organization.
• Inspire engagement in development initiatives by clearly communicating their strategic importance and personal benefits.
Data Analytics and Reporting
• Establish metrics to measure the ROI and organizational impact of talent development programs.
• Provide insights and reports to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends, predict future needs, and improve program outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale talent development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development frameworks, instructional design, and adult learning theories.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
