Presentail is looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of recruitment practices and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with HR software and candidate management systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Manage the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits packages Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
