- Update the company’s job vacancies on multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews with assigned recruiters or hiring managers
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
