Job Description

A Reputable Company located in Tripoli is seeking to recruit a Store Supervisor.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Oversee the proper storage of products to prevent damage and facilitate easy access.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems to track product movement and reduce discrepancies.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance.
  • Assign tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
  • Fluent in English.
