Presentail is looking for a Store Manager (Online) to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar position in an online retail environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficient in online merchandising techniques and e-commerce platforms Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions Familiarity with inventory management and logistical processes Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operation of the online store, including inventory management, customer service, and order fulfillment Develop strategies to increase online sales and customer retention Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary improvements Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and enhance the online shopping experience Supervise and train store staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the online retail market Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold brand reputation
