Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead operations, optimize productivity, and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, production operations, and process improvement, with proven leadership in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee production planning, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of operational goals.
- Establish KPIs to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and achieve production targets.
- Manage supplier selection, procurement, and vendor qualification to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
- Conduct budget planning for staffing, capital expenditures, and operational costs.
- Drive a culture of innovation, training, and team development to enhance employee performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in site leadership, production management, or operations leadership.
- Fluency in English is MUST, and French is a Plus
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, cost reduction strategies, and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive efficiency.
- Experience in budget planning, compliance, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
