Location: Beirut Port, El Nahr City
Job Summary:
- Overseeing and managing the export/ import of air freight shipments.
- Ensuring all processes comply with international regulations and client needs.
- Coordinating logistics.
- Preparing documentation.
- Liaising with airlines.
- Ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
- Maintaining high service levels and managing the end-to-end export process.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight export, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and air freight documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency with freight management software and tools (experience with CargoWise, SAP, or similar systems is a plus).
• IATA certification and knowledge of dangerous goods handling is an advantage.
