Senior Talent Development Specialist – Beirut, Lebanon
Role Summary: The Senior Talent Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role focuses on aligning L&D initiatives with organizational goals, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Learning and Development Strategy • Develop and execute L&D strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives and employee growth needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and organizational requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective training solutions.
Training Program Design and Delivery
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Create customized training materials and manuals tailored to the needs of various departments.
• Partner with external training providers and consultants to enhance learning opportunities.
Performance Enhancement
• Collaborate with managers to ensure training programs address team and individual performance gaps.
• Develop coaching and mentoring initiatives to support employee career progression.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Talent Development
• Implement leadership and management development programs to prepare employees for future roles.
• Support succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and designing targeted development plans.
Learning Culture
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-development across the organization.
• Drive engagement in L&D programs by communicating their value and benefits effectively.
Reporting and Analytics
• Track and report on training activities, completion rates, and outcomes.
• Analyze data to measure the ROI of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or a related HR function.
Skills
• Expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and training methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
