About the job:
We are looking to hire a Senior C Developer to join our
dynamic IT team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and code C
modules for high-level languages that are reliable and easy to maintain. You
may also be required to implement performance modules, identify bottlenecks,
and fix bugs.
Your responsibilities would include:- Collaborating with IT and design teams to define
and refine application requirements.
- Developing efficient, clean, and reliable C
code, adhering to best practices.
- Implementing high-performance, scalable modules
to enhance quality and functionality.
- Proactively identifying and resolving
bottlenecks, bugs, and integration challenges.
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure code
quality, robustness, and durability.
- Continuously
maintaining and optimizing automated processes to ensure consistent code
quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science
or any other related field, from a reputable university.
- 4+ years of experience as a C Developer.
- Proficiency in C on Unix / Linux platform.
- Experience in Unix is a must.
- Experience in Shell scripting.
- Experience in Django/Python web development
including HTML/CSS/JS.
- Experience in Oracle database (PRO*C a
bonus).
- Some business knowledge in warehouse management,
logistics, or inventory systems would be helpful in understanding the client’s
WMS.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile environments.
- Excellent communication and English-speaking
skills.
