The Role



We’re looking for someone passionate about Paid Search to join our growing team and continue to push the boundaries on what’s possible with Google Ads, Microsoft Search Ads, Yandex and other Search platforms!
As a Senior Paid Search Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing success by optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including creative, analytics, and media—to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end campaign management, client communication, data analysis, and strategic planning. Additionally, you will lead weekly performance calls, oversee tactical projects, and ensure seamless account operations.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Management & Optimization



Strategic Planning: Develop and execute paid search strategies that align with client objectives and business goals. Implementation & Execution: Oversee campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategies, and performance tracking. Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, experiment with targeting strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations for improved performance. Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and apply insights to optimize campaigns. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and platform partners to ensure campaign success. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure campaigns adhere to industry standards, platform policies, and internal guidelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting



Performance Tracking: Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign success, providing clear insights and recommendations. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Analyze the effectiveness of different campaign elements, including ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies. Attribution & Conversion Tracking: Collaborate with analytics teams to implement tracking mechanisms and refine attribution models.

Client Communication & Relationship Management



Lead Weekly Performance Calls: Provide clear updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Build Strong Client Relationships: Maintain proactive and transparent communication with key stakeholders. Present Complex Data Effectively: Translate search performance data into actionable insights that clients can understand. Manage Client Expectations: Set realistic goals, timelines, and deliverables while handling concerns with professionalism. Provide Proactive Solutions: Identify potential challenges early and propose strategic adjustments.

Strategic Thinking & Initiative



Identify Growth Opportunities: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new search technologies. Competitive Analysis: Assess competitor strategies and benchmark performance to refine search tactics. Adapt to Algorithm Changes: Monitor search engine updates and adjust strategies accordingly. Align Paid Search with Broader Marketing Strategy: Ensure campaigns complement overall digital marketing efforts. Lead Special Projects: Take ownership of initiatives beyond standard campaign execution to drive business growth.

Project Management & Team Leadership



Oversee Project Timelines: Ensure tasks are executed on schedule and at the highest quality. Delegate Tasks Effectively: Manage workloads within the team, ensuring efficiency and preventing burnout. Troubleshoot & Escalate Issues: Serve as a key problem-solver for challenges within campaigns or client projects. Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity. Maintain Clear Documentation: Keep detailed records of campaign performance, project updates, and key action items.

Coordination with Third-Party Suppliers & Platforms



Manage Platform Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with key partners (Google, Meta, etc.) to gain insights and support. Work with External Vendors: Oversee collaborations with third-party providers like Adjust to ensure accurate tracking and attribution. Ensure Seamless Asset Execution: Coordinate with creative and development teams for smooth campaign rollout. Troubleshoot & Escalate Issues: Address technical challenges with external partners, ensuring timely resolution. Incorporate Partner Insights: Leverage platform data and reports to refine optimization strategies.

Internal Collaboration & Team Alignment



Work Cross-Functionally: Align with account managers, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Lead Internal Check-ins: Keep teams aligned on priorities, deadlines, and performance updates. Upskill Junior Team Members: Share knowledge and mentor team members on client management and search strategies. Promote a Collaborative Culture: Foster an environment where open communication and teamwork drive success.

What we are looking for in you



Proven experience managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Hands-on experience with bid strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization. Familiarity with programmatic advertising, A/B testing methodologies, and attribution models. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement. Experience working with third-party tools such as Adjust, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and delegate effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of search engine algorithms, best practices, and industry trends. A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving performance and efficiency.
