Senior .NET Developer

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Senior Developer who will coordinate with the Software Architect and the architecture team to develop and implement optimized and scalable solutions based on detailed specifications. Follows solutions designs and guides set by architecture; is knowledgeable of latest software design patterns and best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with software architect or other more senior teammates to understand the requirements and implement solutions
• Understand technical documentation (architecture diagram, technical design document...) and able to provide required documentation for implemented solutions
• Develop high-quality software solutions with specific attention to security, scalability, and performance
• Follow software best practices and apply proper design patterns when providing solutions to challenging problems
• Deliver clean, efficient, and reusable code based on technical specifications
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade new and/or existing software
• Participate in testing process by conducting different types of testing
• Participate in team meetings and play an active role in the team

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 4-7 years of experience in software development
• Worked on at least 2 medium to large scale projects
• Worked on different project types and different business
• Experience in different design patterns like event-driven design, domain-driven design (ddd) and test-driven design (tdd), micro services architecture
• In depth experience in Web APIs and web security
• Knowledgeable in asynch communication principles and strategies
• In depth experience in different database types (relational, NoSql..)
• In depth experience in OOP concepts and software design patterns
• Hands on experience in .Net Core technologies preferably using C# language
• Strong analytical skills and eye on details
• Strong communication skills with good team spirit
• Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
• Organized and well structured
