Job Description



Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns from implementation to optimization, ensuring their delivery to time, budget, and quality standards. Paid Social Channels include, but are not limited to META, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn

Technical & Product



Lead Social Media Buying across territories, ensuring all functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with a focus on Client KPIs Ensure Client KPIs, goals, and objectives are achieved by closely monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns on a regular basis Manage & supervise the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return Utilizing a clear test-and-learn agenda

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency



Build Budget Recommendations & Pitch Decks Provide regular analysis, recommendations, and feedback to Client Teams and/or Clients Present regular account reviews internally as well as to Clients Work closely with the Client teams to recommend effective growth strategies and budgets Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders Work closely with other seniors to share learning and to drive best practices at speed Provide training, mentorship, and support to new team members, overseeing their day-to-day work Support the team with projects and requests Oversee performance across several accounts and provide feedback to managed team members and team Lead

Lead social innovation within the team, keeping abreast of market trends and developments, identifying new platforms, tech, and audiences to drive our social offering forward Clearly communicate social performance and uncover growth levers by effectively documenting strategies and approaches to drive common understanding and efficiency

Qualifications



2+ years of experience in paid social or programmatic Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels is a plus Good knowledge and experience in online marketing tools and best practices Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Any graduate with a specialty in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field would be preferred
