Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute business development strategies 
•  Nurture strong relationships with existing & new clients
•  Conduct market research, analyze industry trends 
•  Develop contracts that align with client requirements & support agency goals
•  Represent the agency at events & conferences

Key Qualifications:

•  6 years of experience in business development, ideally within marketing agencies 
•  A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing; a Master’s degree is considered a PLUS
•  Smart, strategic thinker with a strong negotiation & PR abilities
