As a Security Product Manager and member of the Platform Technologies team, you will serve as a liaison for the security and other NFR topics, between MX.3 Customers and customer Proxies (Presales, PAC, Operates, PES, etc.), Security Team, MX.3 Product Management (especially the technical product management), Code Health team, and Product Strategy team.

What you’ll do

• Analyze business requirements, and ensure its alignment with the security market best practices.
• Review/Produce NFR specifications for MX.3 Platform, its Product Development Lifecyle, it supporting production chain and operating environment.
• Identify, assess, and document business requirements for NFR Security domain, and other NFR domains when relevant , with recommended business priorities.
• Conduct elaboration sessions for Strategic Business Increments (SBIs).
• Work with the different execution bodies to ensure that they understand the specifications and the strategic direction.
• Analyze the impact of the proposed solution on MX.3 Platform, develop use cases to explain and demonstrate business requirements to development and tech teams.
• Contribute to design reviews.
• Assist the testing team to ensure that security requirements can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper security testing plans have been completed.
• Contribute to building a relationship with security technology partners and integrators and include their inputs in the needed strategic analysis.

Your profile

• 3+ years development experience in C or Java
• Good understanding of MX.3 Platform
• Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in driving technical assessment from the design phase to the implementation phase.
• Good knowledge of enterprise distributed systems and cloud architecture concepts and patterns, APIs, and Services.
• Good knowledge of information system security (cryptography, compliance, access control (SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0..), security operations (audit, backup, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing)
• Experience setting up penetration testing scenarios is a plus.
• CISSP Experience is a plus
• Experience in implementing security with Large Distributed Systems, cloud environments experience is a plus.
• Knowledge on security product strategy is a plus
