About the job Sales representative

A dynamic media company is seeking a Sales Representative in Lebanon to join their team. In this role, the representative will be promoting and selling products to customers on behalf of the company, which mainly engages in outdoor advertising as well as TV, radio, and newspaper advertising.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients who can benefit from media advertising services.
  • Consult with clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges, and then propose tailored media solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new media technologies and platforms.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of sales experience in the media or advertising industry, preferably with exposure to multiple advertising channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to assess client needs and propose optimal solutions.
  • Proficient in using sales-related software, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
