Job Description

Responsibilities:-         Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.-         Assist customers in selecting sweets, packing their orders professionally, and providing product information when needed.-         Guide customers to the checkout area, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.-         Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter, ensuring sweets are displayed attractively.-         Prepare, cut, arrange, and decorate sweet trays on the counter, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of our brand.-         Adhere to the company’s uniform policy and maintain excellent personal hygiene at all times.-         Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the store manager promptly and professionally.-         Transport products and trays from the delivery vehicle to the branch, ensuring all items are handled with care and properly stocked.Follow the company’s organizational structure, respecting established workflows and hierarchy.

Skills

Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
