Job Description

The Sales Representative role in Beirut, Lebanon, is a pivotal position within the civil engineering and sales outsourcing industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge of civil engineering, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position not only focuses on achieving sales targets but also emphasizes customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the civil engineering sector.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and client needs.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  7. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
  8. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  10. Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the civil engineering or related industry.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  7. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  10. Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
