As a Sales Operation Executive, you will be responsible for processing contracts and legal documents, making modifications on the client packages/order and escalating complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Serving as an internal sales support for the sales team to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals;
- Assisting sales team in accounts activation and dashboards maintenance;
- Managing existing clients’ accounts and highlighting areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listings;
- Consistently and continuously monitoring client ‘health and quality metrics’ ensuring they are in line with management’s expectations and to ensure efficient use of service and no malpractice;
- Communicating effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great Dubizzle service;
- Maintaining a healthy CRM and dashboards by regularly following up with the team to insure all required input fields are completed;
- Helping enrich the leads database through online and offline research;
- Supporting pipeline management activities by organizing the different leads sources;
- Following up on clients’ monthly due payments and work closely with the Finance team to ensure a proper cash flow process;
- Handling B2C clients special requests;
- Liaising with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing department for any sales-related or client-related issues;
- Coordinating and participating with the sales team and other departments on all on ground events;
- Collecting market insights and keeping up to date with properties and autos market and local development news.
