We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to take our sales operations to the next level. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of talented Sales Executives, craft and execute effective sales strategies, and ensure we meet and exceed our ambitious revenue goals. If you excel in strategic leadership, team development, and building strong clients connections, we’d love to have you on board to drive our success story forward.



What your day will look like:


  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Executives.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment to drive team success.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, strategies, and performance updates.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the sales team effectively communicates value propositions and closes deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to nurture strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee high-value deals and assist in negotiations when needed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to guide the team.
  • Set clear individual and team KPIs.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop action plans to address under performance and ensure consistent team growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the B2B industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of Sales Executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
