Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve sales targets. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
