About the job Sales Executive
Our client, a very well-known automotive company based in Beirut, Lebanon is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join their team.
To be successful, he shall be up-to-date with all the latest developments in the motor vehicle industry and have a passion for sales. In addition, he must be presentable with the aim of identifying a customers needs, recognizing their buying signals and closing the deal in the best suitable way.
Sales Automotive Duties and Responsibilities:
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed and Offering to them alternative options based on information gathered.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assisting with the set-ups of showroom and promotional displays.
- Consulting with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction.
Sales Automotive Qualifications and Requirements:
- An associate's degree or a high school diploma.
- Proven experience in automotive sales.
- Young, dynamic, and passionate about motor vehicle sales.
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
- Ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- The drive to excel under pressure.
