Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Presentail is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Qualifying leads through research and qualification criteria Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads Providing regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer insights Keeping detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
