Our client, an innovative company at the intersection of Medicine, Law, and AI, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation, qualification, and pipeline growth. This role heavily focuses on outbound prospecting while also handling inbound leads. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Lead Qualification & Prospecting – Handle both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before booking a meeting.
Outbound Outreach – Conduct cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging to generate and nurture new leads.
Market Research & List-Building – Identify and build target lists based on buyer personas and industry-specific pain points.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress in HubSpot.
Meeting Booking – Book and qualify at least 5 high-quality meetings per week for the sales team.
Consultative Sales Approach – Understand potential clients’ legal/medical practice needs (personal injury, medical malpractice, medical record management) to position solutions effectively.
Pipeline Health & Follow-Ups – Maintain a steady flow of opportunities through proactive engagement and structured follow-up processes.
Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall growth strategies.
Experience
2+ years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
Prior experience selling to law firms and/or strong understanding of the US legal industry is highly desirable
Skills
Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM) is required.
Strong outreach and engagement skills via cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email marketing.
Highly organized with excellent time management and pipeline management skills.
Tech-savvy – comfortable with Gsuite and other prospecting tools.
