About the job Sales Coordinator
MADI International is a leading distributor in the beauty and salon industry across the Middle East. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by improving the sales cycle, tracking opportunities, and providing insights to increase revenue. It is a full remote job from home from Lebanon
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in managing leads and ensuring accurate data entry in the Salesforce platform.
- Assign sales representatives to accounts and track sales activities.
- Analyze sales opportunities and provide recommendations to potential clients.
- Monitor sales reps daily call cycles and routes.
- Assist in stock analysis, identifying slow-moving items, and recommending action plans.
- Manage promotions, offers, and order allocations after necessary approvals.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring brand growth and performance improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to help close more deals and enhance sales efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or business support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
