Presentail is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Proven experience in retail operations management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of retail store, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Monitor and analyze retail metrics to identify areas for improvement Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes
