Restaurant Trainer

A Reputable Restaurant located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Trainer.

Main Duties: 

•      Train and mentor staff across branches in Italian, Lebanese, and international hospitality standards for food and beverage service.
•      Develop and implement training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
•      Conduct workshops on service etiquette, menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.
•      Ensure consistency in guest experience across all branches by aligning staff to company standards.
•      Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills.
•      Stay updated on hospitality trends and incorporate them into training sessions.
•      Uphold and enforce food safety, hygiene, and service standards across branches.
