Restaurant Dispatcher

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Dispatcher to join our team in Zouk Mkayel, Lebanon. As a Restaurant Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate the delivery of orders and manage the logistics of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process customer orders.
2. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
3. Assign delivery drivers and provide them with accurate directions.
4. Track orders and ensure they are delivered within the specified time frame.
5. Resolve any issues or complaints regarding deliveries.

Preferred Candidate:

1. experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems efficiently.
4. Knowledge of local streets and areas in Beirut, Lebanon.
5. Customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
