About the job Regional Marketing & Communication Leader ME&A
Our client is a multinational company with Global Operations. They have their regional office for the Middle East and Africa in Lebanon- Beirut and are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing and Communication Lead in Beirut.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Work with the internal and external stakeholders to help maintain & improve social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Solid understanding of CRM systems and how it integrates into the marketing campaign
Manage the relationship with the external data providers/suppliers to ensure day-to-day data administration tasks are carried out effectively including, data cleansing, data management and any project specific requirements.
Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads and Requests.
Managing the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process
Maintain Database Integrity.
Report on Campaign Results (i.e., Email, Lead Activity, Sales, etc.).

Requirements:
BA degree in Marketing or related fields, business studies
3-5 Years of experience in Marketing in a reputable company
Excellent Command of English and Arabic language, French is a plus
Masters degree is a plus
