Presentail is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Responsibilities:



Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Manage the interview process and provide feedback to candidates Conduct reference checks and background screenings Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages Assist with the onboarding process for new hires Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
