Job Description

  • Greet and meet visitors with courtesy
  • Provide office administrative support
  • Receive and forward telephone calls and emails to the concerned person. Conduct call screening as necessary.
  • Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing documents. Ensure distribution of the documents on time and to the correct recipient.
  • File all correspondences and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Support in preparing payroll for labors
