Job Description
  • Developing and implementing quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing quality control systems.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with regulations.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
  • Understand the project execution plan and coordinate Quality Control procedures at appropriate stages of the work and in line with the project schedule.
  • Continually improve strategies and tools to efficiently and effectively document, track and record compliance with the contract documents.
  • make & maintain daily quality reports
  • keeping himself/herself aware of all kind of QC checks
  • need to carry out all product related testing
  • Understanding the quality requirements in structural fabrications
  • Verify with vendor TC for material
  • Define the quality parameters for boughtouts
  • Visit vendors for pre delivery inspection
  • Create the quality inspection documents
  • In process inspections
  • Incoming inspections of materials
  • Final inspection and FAT
  • Welding inspection
  • Report NC both internal And external
  • Do Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis
  • Analyse the service issues if related to quality and under warranty
  • Assembly-Outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
  • Carry out Board /Sub assembly inspection for boards Received from various sub-contracting vendors.
  • Preparing and maintaining the approved samples.
  • Maintaining Tool life record for its intended use.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
