Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
- Manage tenant relations, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Supervise service providers, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, property regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense control.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to property performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property management, facility management is a must.
- Strong knowledge of property regulations, maintenance procedures, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and work efficiently under pressure.
