Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Management: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, gather briefs, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Translate client briefs into actionable plans, briefing and coordinating with our architectural and interior design teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Supplier & Logistics Oversight: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and services. Work closely with the logistics team to oversee transportation, setup, and execution.
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • On-Site Supervision: Oversee on-ground implementation, ensuring smooth event execution and resolving any challenges that arise in real-time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to align on deliverables and maintain a high level of efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Navigate fast-paced environments and provide quick, effective solutions to unexpected challenges.
  • Reporting & Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate project outcomes, document lessons learned, and suggest improvements for future events.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, events, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Experience in managing suppliers, budgets, and logistics operations.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on project requirements.
