Job Description

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Project Manager.

Main Duties:

  • Understand key requirements, inputs and objectives for the Project, Project workstreams, and planned activities
  • Ensure that the project plan is aligned with the overall engagement strategy and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between client, our team, and other vendor teams involved in the project.
  • Coordinate closely with the client’s PMO team to ensure smooth execution of the project.
  • Engage with other vendor teams’ Project Managers to agree on dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Identify and raise concerns or risks related to vendor teams and vendor projects and track them closely.
  • Monitor, track, and close any dependencies raised on data cleansing project
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, or concerns related to the project.
  • Follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on IT or data-related projects.
  • Proven experience in UAE is highly desirable.
  • PMP certificate is preferable.
  • Effective Experience in managing data cleansing or data migration projects is a plus.
  • Strong experience in project management, including managing project plans using EPM/MS Project tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
