Job Description

This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes. to oversee and manage our production processes. The candidate must have a strong background in production management with leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency and quality.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Set up and operate production machines to produce goods as per the customer requirements in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production processes to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
  • Perform quality control checks at various stages of the production process, including raw materials, in-process, and final products.
  • Identify and address any quality issues or defects promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain product standards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production machines to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production quality.
  • Read and interpret production orders, and technical documents to accurately produce products according to specifications.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation for the area under his responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including orders produced, quantities produced, waste generated, machine settings, team attendance records and any incidents or irregularities.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to meet production goals and address any quality concerns.
  • Prepare and send regular reports on production activities and performance.
