A reputable Pharmacy is located in Baabda is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files and documents.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Take charge in the owner’s absence, ensuring business continuity and handling any urgent matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business materials.
- Run errands and perform miscellaneous personal and professional tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge in social media management and AI tools and automation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
