About the role


People and Culture Coordinator
Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is looking for a People and Culture Supervisor who will provide support to People & culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to staff, hotel vehicles and the hotel itself

What you will do


  • The ability to interview and refer qualified applicants to Department Heads and Division Heads.
  • The ability to ensure all correspondence to applicants is sent out in a timely manner.
  • To complete reference checks with all applicants prior to offer.
  • To update the starters and leavers folder.
  • To update the manning on an ongoing basis and issue to PC and HR mgt on monthly basis.
  • To prepare offers and contracts for signature by the General Manager.
  • To call successful applicants to offer employment and sign paper and complete uniform fitting in a timely manner.
  • The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner the employees are our guests.


    2. The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information.


    3. The ability to answer telephone calls (keeping with Four Seasons Regent standards), offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.


What you bring


  • High school / Diploma degree or equivalent experience.


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in same field.


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages.
