Requirements:- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.- Maintain accurate records of all orders and shipments.- Work closely with the customer service team to provide exceptional customer support.- Continuously strive to improve order fulfillment processes and efficiency.
