Job Description

  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules and route planning to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
  • Monitor the movement of delivery drivers using GPS tracking systems and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Act as the main point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, driver performance, and incidents
  • Assist in driver onboarding, training, and compliance with company policies
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained and any issues are reported promptly
  • Support operations manager with reports, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or delivery coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., Fleet Management Systems, GPS tracking)
  • Familiarity with local delivery routes and regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive issues
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or after hours if needed
