We are seeking a diligent, attentive, and highly-skilled Operations Room Nurse to join our surgical team. As an Operations Room Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the surgical team, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Operations Room Nurse is to provide direct support during surgical procedures, monitor patients' vital signs, prepare surgical instruments, and respond quickly and effectively to changes in patients' conditions. This role is instrumental in preserving patient safety and ensuring the efficiency of surgical procedures, highlighting the need for strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct support during surgical procedures.
- Ensure a sterile environment in the operation room at all times.
