Job Description

Are you observant, detail-oriented, and love visiting new places? GWR Consulting is looking for mystery shoppers to evaluate customer experiences in various industries, including retail, hospitality, and automotive sectors. As a mystery shopper, you will visit assigned locations, interact with staff, and provide detailed feedback on your experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit stores, restaurants, car showrooms, or hotels anonymously.
  • Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and overall environment.
  • Complete surveys or reports based on your observations.
  • Follow specific guidelines for each assignment.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Reside in or able to travel to Nabatieh, Sour, Zgharta, Tripoli, Faraya, or Rayfoun.

  • Good communication and writing skills (reports are submitted in English or Arabic).
  • Reliable transportation is a plus.
  • No prior experience needed – training will be provided.
