Our Monitoring & Evaluation teams play an integral role in ensuring our teams delivery only the highest quality aid. They are responsible for gathering and analysing project data, reporting on programmatic successes, and defining areas for improvement. They also regularly train staff in how to effectively gather qualitative and quantitative data and analyse the results.
Hold a higher-level degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in the areas of Public Health, International Development, or another related Social Science Have previous experience (ideally within a development or emergency context) developing assessments and designing and implementing surveys Are proficient in data management software, such as SPSS, STATA, EPI-INFO and/or SMART-ENA Are able to establish and maintain systems that measure, compile, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for project managementPossess training and skills in project management, budget management, and people management
