Develop and implement streamlined processes for efficient media planning and execution.Ensure the team is well-versed in media planning and campaign execution for various clients.Oversee workload and assess resource needs for the current team.The development of comprehensive media plans tailored to meet the client's objectives.Monitoring and analysis of campaign performance metrics.Working with the data team to generate insightful reports to assess the effectiveness of media campaigns.Establish an evaluation system with clear KPIs for all positions within the team.Work on revisions to team structure and identify recruitment needs.Act as a liaison between Dubai and Beirut teams, collaborating with Account Managers on campaign requirements.Address technical support needs for the team.Liaise between the local team and Dubai admin/finance to fulfill office and team requirements.Establish a working culture that promotes teamwork and motivation.Create a program for team-building activities, training, and certifications.Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with financial procedures.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 4 years of proven digital media planning experience.Strong leadership skills for team management.Proficiency in media planning tools and platforms.Excellent communication to liaise between departments and offices.Ability to establish efficient processes and evaluate team performance.Knowledge of office management and collaboration with IT and finance departments.Fluent in Arabic and English.
